Delivery and shipping
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall take place ex stock to the delivery address given by the customer. Shipping and delivery costs amount to € 5.00.- within Austria if you pay in advance or by Paypal and € 10.00.- for orders with payment by cash on delivery. Shipping is free for orders over €100.-, special offers excluded!! Orders will be delivered within 7 work days to Austrian destinations. Delivery charges for Germany amount to € 10.00.- Shipping is free for orders over €100.-, special offers excluded!! Orders will be delivered within 14 work days. Delivery to other European destinations will be charged according to weight following Austrian postal rates. Shipping fees for cash on delivery orders (only possible within Austria) will also be charged according to Austrian postal rates.

Fixed shipping fee: € 10.00.- Free shipping for orders over € 100.00.-

Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy Netherlands, Spain, Romania
Fixed shipping fee: € 15.00.- Free shipping for orders over € 150.00.-
Shipping zone 3:
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal
Fixed shipping fee: € 25.00.- Free shipping for orders over € 250.00.-
Shipping zone 4:
Russia,Turkey, Greece, Norway, Ukraine, Great Britain, Ireland
Fixed shipping fee: € 40.00.- Free shipping for orders over € 350.00.-
Import Tax must be paid from customer! Prices are without VAT!
International:
Australia, USA, Canada, Japan, South America, Dubai, Saud Arabia,
Fixed shipping fee : € 70,00,-

Returns & Exchange
If you wish to return items purchased in our online shop, you can send them back within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please ensure there is sufficient postage on your return parcel and send it to the address below :
