You can also pay by instant bank transfer. Please take note that this payment option is only available up to a purchase value of € 5,000.-
PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment by cash on delivery is only available within Austria. The shipping fee is € 10,00. Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the package. The package can also be delivered to an alternative address, e.g. your place of work. Our Customer Service is at your disposal, please contact us by mail or phone if you require further information.
The cash on delivery charge is an additional fee collected by the parcel service, regardless of the order value.

Paypal is among the most secure online paying methods. If you choose Paypal as payment option, you will be redirected to the Paypal site. You need to create a free account or to log in at paypal.com to confirm the payment. As soon as the amount is credited to our Paypal account the order will be dispatched.

- Rechnung: Die Zahlungsfrist beträgt [14] Tage ab Versand der Ware/ des Tickets/ oder, bei sonstigen Dienstleistungen, der Zurverfügungstellung der Dienstleistung. Die Nutzung der Zahlungsarten Rechnung, setzt eine positive Bonitätsprüfung voraus. RIGHT TO RETURN
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return or exchange the products within 14 days of receipt. We will accept returns, as long as items are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging!
The purchase price will be refunded. At your request, the purchase price can also be credited to other products. Please provide your return package with sufficient postage as we don‘t accept uncharged packages. If you are returning a product because of an error on our part, e.g. the delivery of wrong products, we will fully refund the postage fee.
